mental health break

one of the many things I have gotten to know lately this semester is to take a day and just chill. Took a morning this day, planning on going to the best class ever in a bit, then hit up Disneyland since my friend Noemi never been there and it was her late bday plan to go. So it should be awesome and I even might post some pics, I know you are so far the only one TJ who follows and 'read' this. Just a quick post, also quick recap, I got sick this last week or two so its been a bit of a late start to my workout/diet routine. How ever I have lost some weight, down to 260, my goal is to get down to around 220 or 210 and be solid. Dream big or gtfo
